THE MAIN REASON FOR THIS IS LOW MEMORY, THE OUTDATED DRIVER OR ORDERPOINT IMAGES WERE NOT COPIED OVER PROPERLY.
Glitching is caused by missing files or corrupted files.
1) Repair the Orderpoint application by heading to the installed applications, click uninstall on Orderpoint then select repair. Copy the updated BMP file in the Aloha folder, and place it in the staging. Delete the bmp file from the terminal and copy the new one. To completely delete the BMP file from the terminal you have to stop rssengine on the terminal; it will be running even if you stop the ral software from starting. If you don't stop the rssengine the files will still copy but it will create a glitch. Found this out recently.
2) No glitch but a memory error or white screen result of low virtual memory being allocated for the program to perform: Change the graphic memory size from 512MB to 3000MB to stop the out-of-memory error. Press windows+r to bring up the run command, and type "sysdm.cpl" to bring up the system properties. Go to the advanced tab then click on performance settings, select adjust for best performance, and apply. Head over to the advanced tab in performance setting and select change on the virtual memory. De-Select "Automatically managing paging file size for all drivers". Select custom paging and enter the 3000 MB in the initial and maximum size slots. Press set, then ok and restart the terminal
3) if step 1 and 2 fails, that means the driver is outdated. Update the driver. All terminals come with intel HD GRAPHIC DRIVER 500 VER 26. Install ver 27 below.
NB: PLEASE ENSURE ORDERPOINT IS SELECTED ON THE MANIFEST IN THE RAL CONFIGURATION ADMIN APPLICATION
